The watch (Victorinox Chronograph 1/100) arrived with some functions (chronograph) not working. The chronograph did not set to Zero and I was unable to reset the digits.
Also, the calendar did not move properly and went from "19" to "11" the next day. The second hand was not adjusted properly and did not stop at the time as displayed in the instruction for setting the time, date etc.
Customer service department was unreliable and unfriendly when asked to facilitate resolution or return. Several people did not return email and one person yelled at me when I asked more details what would happen after I send the watch back, including refund, exchange etc.
