I ordered a watch and was told it would arrive approximately a week later. Then I got an email saying the item was on back order and would take 3-5 weeks to get to their warehouse.
Three weeks pass and I email the staff to see how much longer it will take. I was told 2-3 weeks. Three more weeks pass and I am told they will receive the watch the next week.
It is currently the "next week" and the idiotic woman I've been emailing says they "should" get the watch next week. They won't even give me a discount and won't explain why the item is taking so long.
