I ordered two wristwatches on Sunday 19 May 2018. I've been contacting Jomashop since the order was placed.

The order status seems to be stuck on "processing." Their chat facility does not seem to be operational since you get diverted to having to communicate with customer service via email. I've sent countless messages through their customer service - no response even though they promise to respond as soon as possible.I am concerned because I have already been debited for the merchandise - does this company even exist? Could they at least be responsive and give effect to their customer promise if indeed they exist? I have ordered other items before from Amazon and their shipping/delivery process was impeccable.

My first time ordering through Jomashop and I am not impressed at all! Jonathan
