I have ordered a watch on the website that I've been looking everywhere for but haven't found. When I saw that the watch was "in stock," I was really happy.
However, it turned out that the watch wasn't even in the warehouse. I tried tracking my order several times only to find a page that says that there's an error.
Afterwards, I emailed customer service, and I got a reply that said that the watch was supposed to arrive in the warehouse in 1-3 weeks and that they didn't have it!! It's been a month now and I still have no updates about my order or when it's going to be shipped.
Whenever I email their customer service, I get the same reply, "it's expected to arrive in 1 week."
This is absolutely ridiculous, they shouldn't be selling goods that are not available, and then not replying properly to customers' questions about their orders.
