I bought a $3,200 Mont Blanc watch and $110 Fossil Watch separately on 9 June 2017 and 10 June 2017 respectively. Till today (21 June), after dozens of email exchanges and desparate calls to them, the watch have yet to be shipped out.

They gave me the reason that both items were backordered although right before my purchase I contacted them for the current stock status. In one of my conversations with their custoner service representative, they simply told me: If you can't afford to wait after purchasing the cheap watch then kindly *** off, I will take my time to ship out your order, maybe in a month or two or NEVER.

I was shocked by this! I am currently in contact with my credit card company to settle this ridiculours dispute.
