I would think twice before making a purchase from this merchant under ownership by Debra Feiner and Marvin Sternberg operating under many different LLC names. My situation involved a purchase listed as in stock on the website.

Place order and merchant claimed to have shipped it the same day with a given tracking number. However, six days later, the package only states label created with no further movement. Each contact with the company results in a message that it must have been lost by the courier. Upon, requesting cancellation on the sixth day, merchant claims they will contact the courier for clarification.

Meanwhile, merchant offers a paltry $10 refund for the issue encountered. Therefore, buyer beware and make sure you know how to initiate a credit card billing dispute if you do decide to purchase from this company or affiliated LLC.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1045.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Jomashop Cons: Fake and misleading warranty and poor customer service, Complete lack of a customer service culture or training, Stay away.
