I purchased a watch from you on November 24th. I received the wrong watch after one week and started a purchasing nightmare!!!!
Your Customer service representative told me to stop blaming you for the actual mistake you made and was extremely rude. After a week and a half to finally get the watch back to you, I hear nothing so I call an they tell me that the order is being processed and shipping second day UPS. All of a sudden a get an e-mail from you telling me that you will credit my card for the amount. I call and the response I got is we are out of stock.
I explain to your customer service rep that this is a Christmas gift and the response I go was So??????. I will try my very best to share this with as many people as possible to let them know my experience with you and by the way I was also purchasing a Rolex Watch for myself which I bought from a reputable company that cares.
