I placed an order with this company for a Panerai diving watch. The web site claimed it would ship in 1-3 days.

I called to confirm the lead time prior to completing the sale. Over the course of the next four weeks I made multiple phone inquiries on the status of the order. Each call was answered by a zombie like "customer service" person claiming that shipping was imminent with the promise to call me back with tracking info, I never received a single return call. One month later the watch is still nowhere to be found so I canceled the order.

I would best describe the personnel at Jomashop as rude and indifferent.

Anyone can discount a watch they cannot deliver. I will stick with reputable dealers from now on.

Jomashop Cons: Joma shop at all and will never use again.
