Purchased a "brand new watch" from Jomashop and within seven days of wearing it, it literally fell apart after picking it up. After being pragmatic and professional, and reaching out several times to find a solution, I sent it in for potential repair. It was only after I followed up several times that I received a response, which curtly said "Please advise the product has been shipped to you via USPS 9405511898489824417379 being the item was not able to be serviced."
I understand some things aren't covered under warranty, but it is terrible business practice to not work with the customer to fix the problem. Nonetheless after having the product for a matter of a week, and wearing it a handful of times in a professional setting.
I am extremely disappointed in this company, their ethics and overall customer service.
