bought a watch, and wanted to return it. Jomashop requires you to have a return authorization number.
I had to input my sales number online. The system said that my sales number didn't exist. I sent 4 emails to jomashop letting them know the problem and what I was trying to do. No email response.
I called several times. The first time they didn't answer, recorded message. 2nd and 3rd times, the number was not in service. And the last time, at 4pm today, they said they were gone for the day, and office hours were done.
(suppose to be 6pm).
I am not a happy camper and will not do business with them again. So annoyed!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
