I recently bought a lady's longines watch with Jomashop, the item came with no invoice and no warranty card, I was shocked! Called their customer service multiple times, the calls were always on long hold, and I was told the invoice is the order confirmation email itself and and I DON'T HAVE A WARRANTY CARD WITH LONGINES only with jomashop, and even for that, i don't have any paper certificate to proof!!!

How ridiculous!!!!! what kind of company is this?

I spent a $1000 on a luxury watch and with no warranty. Very disappointed and will never buy anything from Jomashop again!!!!
