recently ordered a watch for my son thru Jomashop. i was disappointed to find no invoice in the box and only a 45 day window in which to warranty the watch.

it seems unprofessional to not included an invoice with the item, in the event that you forget to make a copy when the order is placed.

Also, they offered to have customers enter to win a $500 reward on their website, when i went in to enter, it sent me on a wild goose chase and i never did find where to sign up. even though the price on this watch was good, i'm not going to be using this website in the future.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
