Jomashop - New watches with dead batteries
Received two new watches, not working, with dead batteries. Jomashop customer service offered to pay $10 for me to replace the batteries.
The actual cost was $42.80 for the replacement of two batteries (two watches). Jomashop later explained that they would only pay me $10 total not $10 for each watch! First of all how could this company send out new watches obviously not working. Second, how can they expect me to take the watches into a local business, pay to have the issue corrected, and then only reimburse me $10?
I spent more on my time and fuel than that.
Totally poor customer service and unreasonable expectation to keep a customer. They have lost my future business.

I had the same problem. $10 offered for a new battery, and the best I could find was $35, so I sent it back for a full refund.
