Ordered on 12.13.16, a ring as a gift for my wife for Christmas.Was stating "item in stock" at the time I placed the order. 2 days later,got an email as item backordered: 4-6 weeks delivery.Tried to talk to someone for 2 weeks after that,being on hold for 24 min at a time and after,disconnected.I received an email on 01.12.17, a month later, that they don't have the item but I get $20 discount on a purchase of $200!!!

How do they stay in business like this?

No customer service whatsoever, no updates about the order but "processing", and on top of that, I got charged before the item ever shipped! BEWARE!!!
