I have spent more than 10k $ on this website and I cannot get somebody to answer my calls or emails. I placed an order for two watches, but was notified later that one is not in stock, but it's very questionable that they don't mention that when you are shopping.
I tried to contact the shop several times, by email, live chat, telephone, or their web customer service and received no response. Literally nobody answers. I placed the order again for the same item a month later, because this was a gift I had promised for my sister's wedding, and 1 month past the wedding, I still couldn't find out where the missing item was. Again I was notified that the item is out of stuck AFTER I made the purchase.
I do online shopping all the time, and this is Single–handedly the worst experience I have had with a shop. DO NOT SHOP at Jomashop.
