i placed an order for a Cartier watch and it said 2-4 day, it turn out i waited 5 weeks, no one ever call me to tell me that the watch was not available, in the meantime i was calling every week to get an update and the guy that answers the phone is always lost and can ever get an straight answer. this was a month ago.
i just called back today to see if the watch was available and i get the same *** response. " i don't know, i will have to call to find out when this will be available". HELLOOO, Is a $6,000 sell, can you try to sound at least a bit interested in provide customer service. i still don't know how they can get reviews of 5-stars.
and still don't know why Amazons is the #1 provider.
this company have not idea of what customer service is.
shame on them.
