Order# M14Q4624 I ordered my mother a purse for xmas. I was assured that the purse would be delivered by 12/23.
My girlfriend even called in to verify that the order was fine and on its way. The customer service rep said everything was ok and it was on its way. I was notified on 12/22 that the purse was not in stock. Meanwhile they have not removed the authorization on my credit card so I can't even go out and by her something else.
Mind you this is less that 3 days before xmas. When i called customer service I was placed on hold. After 25 minutes on hold it switched me over to a message that said they would not take my call at this time.
Basically I'm screwed and no one will help or make it right. btw I will always remove these posts if the company makes it right so if you are reading this you know they never did.
