I have ordered a Armani watch and its been 4 weeks now I have not received it. As per the receipt of my order the delivery duration was within 1 week.
The customer service representative is very very rude and has no answer to when I can received it.
All of a sudden now after 4 weeks of nagging behind them again when I am trying to search my order and ask them about its whereabouts, its showing that my order number is incorrect.
This was the worst worst experience ever.
I am not sure now whether my order still exists will I receive the watch or even the fact how do I cancel it as they are not accepting my order number anymore.
