Horrible customer service 2 months later I still have not received the watch I purchased on 1/30/17. There's no one I can speak too.
They keep telling me they're waiting for a response from UPS and this is rediculous. I would like to have an opportunity to speak to the president or the owners as Roy the manager suggested I do after placing me on hold because he couldn't handle my frustration nor did he offer a resolution.
