Customer of Jomashop for 10 years. Great selection, great prices...however, their customer service is useless.
If you have any issues, calling into Customer Service will only frustrate you more. Escalated calls get even worse. In sum, Jomashop offers NO useful resolution to issues.
But, they have great watches and great prices, if you have no issues with your watch, you will come back for more - for good reason.
But if/when you have a customer service issue, forget about it, they will NOT help you.
My issue? I bought an automatic watch (needs to be worn to run). Received on a Wednesday, wore it for 24 hours, the watch lost 10 min time, no big deal. Re-set the watch, wore it for another 24 hours, lost 2 hours of time. I notified Jomashop, arranged a return for refund. Wore the watch over the weekend hoping the watch would "break-in" and start keeping accurate time, not the case, the watch kept worse and worse time over the weekend. Monday morning sent the watch back to Jomashop using their RMA procedure. Called Jomashop a couple days later, after I received an email from them saying my watch was sent in for servicing. According to Jomashop, they received a "used, worn watch" back from me. I had the watch less than one week, wore it for 5 days, giving the watch every opportunity to keep relatively accurate time but the watch failed. Jomashop refused to refund my money in full. Escalated call to customer service was frustrating. They certainly did not treat me like a valued customer of 10 years.
