I have called for 3 days in a row and cannot get through to them. I paid extra shipping to get the watch by 12/23.

It is 12/1 and I still don't have a tracking number to get my watch. The recording says use online chat, That DOESNT NOT WORK! I have no clue whats up with my order!!!! And now I have to enter at least 100 words or I cant post this??
