I bought a Movado watch for my father, a retired vet. When it arrived, one of the links attaching the band to the watch was off.

I thought maybe that was for sizing. When my father put the watch on, the clasp kept popping off. I sent it back within the 30 days to exchange it for the black faced model instead of the mirror since my father joked he had a hard time seeing it. Jomashop returned it to me with the link off again & they didn't even put it back on the watch mount so it must've banged around the box in shipping it back to me.

Customer service was rude & basically called me a liar about the link being off. I'll tell everybody I know & post on all social media to avoid those crooks!
