My husband has Alzheimer's. He somehow ordered an expensive watch online using my PayPal account.
I got was immediately notified of the purchase and within five minutes was talking with a Jomashop's customer representative. They told me the order had not been shipped, and that they had cancelled it and I would be issued a refund. I was assured I had nothing to worry about it. The next morning, I got a tracking number telling me the order had been shipped and was on the way.
When I contacted Jomashop again, they basically said: Too bad.
I'm going to send it back, but because they obviously are willing to lie, I'm very concerned the return is going to be a problem too. I don't need this stress.
