I ordered a money clip for my boss and the price was reasonable which is the only good part of dealing with Jomashop. I waited 4 weeks and they still had not received the order let alone shipped it to me.

I called at the end of week two of waiting on hold for 30 minutes the employee told me will get it tomorrow. Checked my order status a week and a half later and still said processing. I called and was told the same line we will get it tomorrow and you guessed it still didn't get it. I sent them an email telling them how absolutely horrible they are and they cancelled my order.

The only good thing is I didn't do business with them. Now I just need to make sure they refund me my money in a faster fashion since they are absolutely the worst company I've had the nightmare of dealing with.
