Brusque, rude and unreasonable. Despite overhwelming evidence, they refused to deal with a faulty product. I am currently in the process of a chargeback.

You get what you pay for. You pay cheap and you get a cheap, defective version of the item you want. I purchased a montblanc starwalker ballpoint pen, 228$, and it's refill compartment was defective. I took it to the Montblanc boutique to confirm, and they agreed. Upon contacting Jomashop customer service, they were incredibly rude and insisted that the pen properly functioned. When I proved that it did not, with comparison images of a properly functioning pen, they stated that they could not refund it or even repair it.

Horrible service. Leo, Isaac, and the entire gang of crooks.
