I purchased some fragrance and leathers goods from Jomashop and after my own follow up I was told they don't stock the fragrance and had to be ordered from their supplier. Well, after two weeks and follow up again, the continue to say it's going to be next week.
First off, if they don't stock, say so on the image, and second, let the customer know. I called customer service and the CS manager was rude to the point I cancelled my order.
They come across as if they are doing you a favour buying from them, I prefer paying more now to support my local retailer as well I will receive my purchase on the spot. Hopefully everyone reads these posts and supports local retailers and or worthy online retailers.
