I ordered a watch from Jomashop website, it stated the watch would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. After I placed the order I received 2 emails, one repeated the claim, available in 1-2 weeks, the other email informed me it would ship in 3-6 weeks.

Then, a few days later, they sent me an email stating the watch was discontinued. Thank god I paid thru Paypal and I could reverse the charge, I've read some bad stories about Jomashop not refunding people for orders.

I would recommend paying the extra money and order from a more legit seller. The next time I'm in NYC I'm going to visit Jomashop in person and make a complaint in person.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Stop misleading people in thinking you have products that you don't .
