Took 30 days to get a watch that was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. when I didnt receive it I called and was told it was shipping in two days..

three days pass and still no email saying it was shipped. Long story short I called more than 5 times only to finally be told it was the manufacturers issue (for an item they show in stock?) and did not receive the watch for over a month from purchase date. then when I tried to exchange the watch they sent me a form with a list of potential ways they could charge me during the process and informed me I must pay for shipping and insurance. When I requested they pay for the shipment they said they must have a picture, basically calling me a liar.

I WASNT ASKING FOR A RETURN OF FUNDS, JUST AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME WATCH! I finally called NIXON to see if they could help and they informed me that JOMASHOP is not an authorized retailer and is selling their product with out their permission. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMA THEY WILL BLAME THE MANUFACTURER FOR EVERY PROBLEM AND COULD GIVE TWO F's ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Even if you manage to get a refund, they will deduct the cost of shipping both ways of up to $40 each direction.
