Placed order on 23/12/2015, paid for it. was expecting to get it till 31/12 to present as a NY gift, but apparently they don't have desired items in stock.
I asked to remove not available items for several times - not a single response from them! 6 days no response. what a great service. no way to buy from them again!
now I have 2 days to New Year and no gifts for my family. More than 1000 USD frozen.
Terrible customer service!!! Jomashop is not a reliable place at all!
