Order M1522051 I ordered a Tissot watch on 1/30/17 for $543. On 1/31/17 I asked them to expedite the shipping, which cost an additional $20.

I asked them not to charge my credit card again for $563, but only for the $20 increased shipping costs. They charged me $563. Today is 2/2/17 and those funds have not been reversed. I cannot access them from by bank.

So, I was charged $543 and $563. Over $1,100 was frozen from my bank account and no end is in sight. I highly recommend that you do not do business with them. WatchMaxx is much easier and they appear to be more honest.

The prices are the same. I have purchased watches online for years and this is the first bad experience I've had.

Preferred solution: Make sure this doesn't happen to someone else.

Jomashop Cons: I was charged twice for the same item.
