My husband bought me a $1,650 Omega watch for mothers day three years ago. Since, I've sent it in 3 times to get fixed b/c it keeps failing.
I just received my 3rd watch return today (each time it takes 8 weeks and they make me pay for packaging and want me to pay for shipping!) and my watch doesn't even tick. It completely doesn't work. Disaster. They state that anywhere I take my watch to get fixed will get the same overhaul, replacements etc.
however, they never get it right. Something is wrong with this watch and the manager says when they do overhaul, I'm getting a new watch.
Oh well each time they send it back, it's a dud! The turn around time is horrible and I don't feel like I should spend $150 on trying to have someone else fix something that's in the warranty period.
