I checked via the "live chat" option to see if the watch I was ordering was currently in stock. When the rep confirmed it was I placed the order with next day shipping awaited a response.
I was pumped as the confirmation email came quickly but was soon followed by an email saying the item was back-ordered for 2 weeks. After not receiving any additional communication for 1 1/2 I reached out via phone asked for an update.
The rep responded "can you read b/c we sent an email." When I asked to cancel he simply said "Yeah Okay Bud" and hung-up on me. After another 20 minute wait I called back with a different rep and was able to cancel my order.
