I ordered a red cocktail/evening dress and cover up. The dress does not fit and they will not take the product back.
I had to scramble to get a dress that fit for an event. I can not nor will I use the dress that I got from JJ's House but they will not take the dress back and refund my money. I have been emailing with the company for about five days now, all they keep saying is they will offer me a percentage off my next order.
They keep offering me coupons to order new items. Why in the H@LL would I order something else from a company that is not working with me to resolve the issue at hand.
