I ordered a dress for my 85-year old mother-in-law to wear at my daughter's wedding, it is too tight and they will not exchange it for the next size up. Every request to initiate a return/exchange gets the same response - take pictures of the dress while wearing it - and the return is not initiated.
Their site states that returns can be initiated through Customer Service if you contact them within 7 days of delivery and makes no mention of photos of the dress being required. Meanwhile they have nearly $200 of our money and we have an unwearable dress.
All we want is a dress in the next size up, and they will not allow us to return the original dress we purchased. Avoid this vendor!!
