a friend of mine told me about this company, but she got her dress several years ago from Tyson mall through this company, now they close Tyson store so I decided to go online, I read all the review and the requirement before I order, but once I place the order, and they receiv'd they money, they hold the order and the money until I sent them a photocopy of my credit card, I talked to customer service several times to cancel my order, they promsided to cancel it, but never did, so I had to contact my credit card and report fraud, and still waiting for my money to get back.
If photocopy of both my ID and credit card Is reqirement why they did not mention that from the 1st place?1
