Can I get a return label and refund? Why can't I call a U.S. number?

According to the JJsHouse return policy, the steps are as follows:
  • Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include the reason for your return and photographs for verification.
  • Once the request is approved, JJsHouse should send a return form which needs to be included with the return.
  • When JJsHouse receives the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
  • Once confirmed, the refund should be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 days (the processing time depends on the payment method and bank).
The company is headquartered in Hong Kong, so they provide only Hongkongese phone number on their website.

According to the JJ’s House FAQ page, currently, you can receive the order within 2-3 weeks. Normally it takes 9-12 days for tailoring and 2-4 days for expedited shipping.
Please note that you can track your order status by logging in to the company website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "lookup a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps:
  • Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website.
  • Click "order status".
  • Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
