I need to send two dresses back (within the 7day period) and can not find the return policy form nor contact phone number to obtain a form and return address. I need to get these dresses returned before the 7 day deadline.
Is this intentional so I can't return them for a refund? Please respond!. Another thing that's irritating is that I have to enter at least 100 words to submit this complaint. Your company needs to improve this frustrating process.
There is no way I will ever order a thing from jjshouse because of this process and I will spread the word to potential customers that ordering from you is a huge mistake. Fix this ridiculous process!
