Ordered a bridesmaid dress. When I tried it on, I could not get the zipper up more than half way.
I tried to get my roommate to help me, and she couldn't get it either. It was not a sizing error, it was a MANUFACTURER error. I abided by their "return policy" which states to contact them within 7 days of receiving the item and provide pictures of the damage. They refused to refund me, claiming "the dresses are purposely made this way, and the zippers are such high quality that they are sometimes difficult to use".
What the heck?!
So now I am out 120 bucks (as a college student with no income) and can't even use the *** dress. I will never purchase from them again, and I will make sure none of my friends do either.
