Ordered a size 2 dress for son's wedding. Was a little small so contacted them to exchange for a size 4.
Their reply email said to take a picture of the dress. So figured they wanted me to show where zipper wouldn't close last two inches. Sent pic. Told me couldn't return.
Said I should have checked size chart before I ordered. Would give me a 10% refund (a big $13.60) or 20% off my next order. Oh sure like I would order again.
I asked them if I had not liked the dress but it fit, would they have given me a refund. I have received no answer HORRIBLE SERVICE
