I Bought some shoes from J J House

Item was not as described, contacted them and offered coupon and then discount. Insisted I wanted a refund and would return the item. Used the return service they suggested

Item returned, tracked and delivered on 25th July, have contacted them regularly since.

One month later still waiting for the refund and kept getting advised "we are checking with the warehouse" and "your refund is safe with us" - they still have not processed the refund.

I have no confidence that they will be processing the refund as they keep saying the item has not been delivered when I have sent them proof of delivery from the courier

They are clearly dishonest and far from reputable.
