NEVER buy from this company!!!!! I ordered a fascinator and it arrived with the box completely smashed along with the fascinator inside.
Told them I wanted a return and refund and they offered to send another one free of charge and promised to pack it better. Just got the replacement and its even more horribly damaged than the first. I just wrote them demanding a full refund we will see where that goes. I had told them I wanted a complete refund the first time around and I wish I had stuck with that.
The wedding I have to go to is in two weeks. I found the same one on amazon so hopefully that company actually cares about their product.
