Poor customer service poor communications
This is without a doubt the worst customer service Ive ever experienced from my company. No way to speak to a live agent.
My item was returned due to poor quality and even had verification of them receiving my item. Still no refund. Not much luck from the credit card company which I used to purchase the item either. They keep wanting me to provide them more information while going through dispute.
Its been close to a year now and no refund. And no way to speak again to someone live to handle a refund which I am entitled to and long overdue.
