So many places make returning items wonderfully easy. Who knew that JJ's House would not?
First, they do not tell you that you have a mere 7 days to get in touch with their Customer Service to discuss how to return. Second, there is no link to Customer Service, nor can I find it on their site anywhere. I am stuck with a dress that does not work for me - money lost. Also, I noted that prior to purchase, no where did the instructions say that one canNOT dry-clean the dress; it is spot clean only.
I would never have purchased it had I known. I am not happy and will never purchase from JJ's again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $130.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
