They state on their website "Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us". This is a lie.
If you buy something and you are unhappy about it, they don't take it back. you cannot just return the item to them. You have to first contact them so that they tell you what you need to do. After contacting them via email (don't even bother using the phone; it is an international number and I couldn't get though to anyone with that number) they wanted me to send pictures to proof my point.
after I sent the pictures they didn't respond. I had to follow up. then they told me they never got the pictures. So I resent them.
then they email me back two days later saying they will only give me 10% of the purchase price to take the dress to someone local for alteration. What??? This has been a very negative experience.
I will never again shop from them. I guess I have to kiss my $120 good bye.
