i am fuming with jj,s house, i ordered 152 quids worth of bridal bouquets etc from your company, they all arrived very crushed and squashed in a box clearly too small for the amount of items it contained. i went through the returns process posted the items back on 27/10/15 and waited, and waited and waited, no refund so i contact you several times for you to keep telling me you havnt received the item.
i spoke to the post office who assures me they would have arrived within 5 days. so where are they?????
have you had them back but not logged them onto your system???
the post office tells me theres nothing they can do, so now im out of pocket by nearly £90 so what about jj's house, have you a good will policy, after all had the items arrived in perfect condition they would not have been returned in the first place so all this is clearly the fault of jjs house, and I did keep the items that werent damaged, i have enclosed photos of proof of payment for postage the original order and the items returned. i want to order other items from your company but will not do so until this issue is rectified.
