In Zoho CRM Only one user can see call now button when we integrate it with JIVE

Hi Support Team, One of our client using jive which is integrated with zoho CRM but only one user can see call now button other users of that zoho crm organization can't see it, Can you please tell us possible reason for this. Thanks
