Was at the gate while the employees argued that we were not getting on the plane and hitting and punching things called manager and nothing we were running due to jetblue stating my son was not ant infant at 2 years old and made us buy a ticket and caused this huge issue when he flew here as an infant and now we are stuck until 1:45 they are rude and ignorant i will never fly with them again good luck to those who fly because jet blue sucks and has us waiting with 4 children and the customer service sucks

Once a child reaches their 2nd birthday they must have a seat.it is a faa requirement
