The shop contacted me and politely (this time) explained what’s going on and how they are trying to resolve.I agreed to wait until a certain date.I’ll keep you all posted

I bought a jersey for my son on Dec 30th. So far it is Jan 19 and the processing of the product didn't even happened, even though they said it would take 7 to 14 days to arrive.
I contacted them multiple times and they basically almost never respond. When they respond they are evasive and never come back with real information.
I asked a refund and they simply ignored.
Still no information and I regret as *** to have bought with them.
I am filling a complain at the better business bureau and also with the Attorney General of my State, simply because I believe - based on also other feedbacks here - that they are scammers and not a serious business
UPDATE: the shop contacted me and explained politely where the problem currently is. I agreed to wait for until a certain date so they can ship my purchase.
User's recommendation: Don't buy with them.
Monetary Loss: $105.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
