We purchased a sofa on January 1st cash with our credit card, and purchased a extended warranty as well. Two days later we noticed that the cushions were collapsing in the middle.

Called Jeromes customer service and they send out a technician. The technician sat on the couch and notice the same complaint. Come to know that the technician indicated there was nothing wrong, yet having agreed with me. I indicated I wanted a refund and come to find out that Jerome's will not give you your money back.

I don't believe anyone should have to deal with poor customer service. We Will never purchase anything from this furniture company again.

This country should pride themselves on good customer service, why else would one pay for goods and service not rendered. R.L.
