The customer service rep was supposed to get back to me about an item and if it came in the fabric that was advertised. The website gave the option for a white outdoor sofa but then when I went to potentially purchase the options switched to a love seat. Also shipping is $500 PER ITEM. RIDICULOUS. I asked if I could pick up the items from the warehouse as I am local or a nearby e store (ship to store) and the CS rep said they’d check and get back to me via text. I never heard a thing about either inquiry.
Poor CS and a waste of my time.
